All other Donation Requests

Guidelines and Procedures:
1. All requests must be made in writing on letterhead of the organization requesting a donation.
2. Requests should include:
    a. basic information about the charity/event
    b. a contact name, address and phone number
    c. the date of your event
3. Requests must be received two (2) weeks prior to your event. We cannot fill requests without proper advance notification.
4. Do not send duplicate requests or send multiple copies of your request to various departments.
5. Send one request to:

Other Pertinent Information:
1. Most donation requests are filled with RazorSharks game tickets.
2. Donations may only be made to non-profit, charitable501 (c) (3) organizations.
3. We are unable to donate to for-profit companies -- including employee appreciation days/holiday events.
4. We are unable to make monetary donations, purchase program ads, or buy tables at banquets.
5. We are unable to place follow-up calls about your request. If your event is within one week and you have not received a response please call us at (585) 232-9190

RazorSharks’ front office personnel are unable to intervene on behalf of fans seeking autographs for charitable purposes by accepting items via mail or in person for delivery to players.
